Product description
The design of the machine make it can be charged doubly and product
the tablets doubly. With a round rotation of the rush plates, twice
filling, definite quantity, prepressing, and producing tablets can
be finished. The machine has stable work perfomance and can produce
large output tablets.
Operation system

main-pressing and filling and ensure that weight and thick of the
tablets can be regulated accurately. It is easy to master and
convenient for operation.
Stable hydraulic pressure system and lubrication system
The pressure protection system, composed by High-pressure and
small-flow plunge pump, micro-throttle, and plunger-type pressure
compensator, has realized the function of elastic support and
overload protection of prepressing roll and main-pressing roll,
ensured the balance in process of pressing tablets. Intermittent
micro flow rate oil Lubrication Systems has solved some problems
such as tablets pollution when throwing oil. The automatic
progressive-seal lubrication system will automatically provide the
oil in fixed quantities at fixed times in every running.
